The Founders

Bharat Bhushan & Company was founded on 1954 by Mr. Bharat Bhushan and Mr. Shanti Narain Aggarwal. The business was established as a Stock Broking Firm.

The Present

Mr. Vijay Bhushan
Mr. Vijay Bhushan has been actively involved in Capital Market activities since early 1980s. He rejuvenated the Primary Market division, positioning Bharat Bhushan & Company amongst the top 10 firms on all India bases. Mr. Vijay Bhushan was elected President of Delhi Stock Exchange (DSE) for the year 2001- 02. He was also the Chairman of the Federation of Indian Stock Exchanges (FISE) for two consecutive years (2002-04). He is a member of important committees of the Capital market regulator, SEBI.

Mrs. Nisha Ahuja
Mrs. Nisha Ahuja has experience in the Capital markets since early 1980s and remains actively involved in the growth of the business. Mrs. Ahuja is responsible for developing and expanding the retail, corporate and institutional client base
