Bharat Bhushan & Company was established in the year 1954 as a stock broking firm. Over the years it has expanded and diversified in the Financial Markets. At present there are operations running under four registered companies dealing with the Indian Primary and Capital Markets.
Bharat Bhushan & Company (BB & Co)
Bharat Bhushan & Company has a New Issue Division, which deals in the marketing of Mutual Funds, Fixed Deposits, Bonds and Initial Public Offer (IPOs). We also trade in shares and debentures on DSE and BSE.
M/s Bharat Bhushan Equity Traders Ltd. (BBET)
Bharat Bhushan Equity Traders Ltd. was formed in the year 1982. BBET is a member of the National Stock Exchange (NSE) and also a member of the Future & Options Segment of the NSE. Since 1999, BBET has been a depository participant registered with NSDL. BBET is also a member of the BSE. We take pride in providing our clients with services and facilities to trade on the NSE, BSE and open D-Mat accounts with us.
Bharat Bhushan Share & Commodity Brokers Ltd. (BBCS)
BBSS is a BSE and DSE listed company since 1994, which was earlier, engaged in Merchant Banking activities. It was a member of Derivative segment of BSE. In 2003, BBSC became an active trading member of the National Commodities & Derivatives Exchange (NCDEX). BBSC has an uninterrupted dividend payment record since 1995.
BBSC is a registered Non- Banking Financial Company (NBFC).
